When you submit the enquiry form, the information is sent to Highspace by email. The website is hosted by Zone Media OÜ. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and does not access the information entered in the form. Highspace does not maintain a separate form database.

Highspace uses your contact details and message to respond, assess a possible engagement and keep records necessary for that work. Depending on the context, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or Highspace's legitimate interests in managing enquiries and business records.

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to Highspace and the providers needed to operate the website and enquiry process: Zone Media OÜ for hosting, Microsoft for email delivery, Cloudflare for abuse prevention and, only if you allow analytics, Google for website usage measurement. Information is retained only for as long as required for the enquiry, engagement, legal obligations and reasonable business records.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing or request portability. Contact anton@highspace.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Website data and cookies

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you allow analytics cookies. It may then set cookies such as _ga to distinguish users and provide aggregated usage information. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed using Analytics settings below. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical browser and network information when the enquiry form is opened to prevent automated abuse. The hosting service may also process standard technical logs for security and reliable operation. We do not use advertising cookies.
