Anton Svetsov, founder and lead consultant
Anton brings more than ten years of experience in commercial and operational leadership. He began by managing tourism operations on the French Riviera, then moved into complex B2B sales, built international distribution across more than 20 markets and led product categories. His work included major construction and development projects across Europe, the Gulf and Asia.
Highspace grew from years spent helping companies connect commercial ambition with pricing, margin, capacity and day-to-day execution. Anton works directly with every client, leads each engagement and remains accountable when trusted specialists join the team.

We begin by understanding the business, the decision in front of it and why it matters now. We test assumptions against data and day-to-day reality, then say clearly when evidence points elsewhere.
